Please confirm the working power terminal and the measurement terminal before using, to avoid damage the meter when they in reversed.

 

You can use a 9V power supply (also use 9V battery)to connect any two wires of the meter, to see whether the meter display numbers (backlight on and usually display 000), if the screen does not shows anything please connect another two wires, when the screen shows numbers that is correct and the two wires are the working power terminal, and the two remaining wires are the measurement terminal. Then you could connect the meter according to the above diagram.
